Vemar, ordinarily could have been described as a remote, small and unknown village in Gujarat. But contrary to this perception, everything there is super extra-ordinary. Words fall short to describe this village. Vemar hari-bhakto, with their deepest dedication and fathomless faith attracted Sant Bhagwant Param Pujya Sahebji's Amrut Mahaparva celebrations to their tiny hamlet and created a shikhar-band Akshar Purushottam Temple built on the unshakable foundation of samp, suhradbhãv and ektã. The celebrations that took place over a five day period were an experience of Akshardham. From the mouths of countless haribhakto, has come one voice, and it was one of pure joy, under the shelter of Sant Bhagwant Sahebji’s divinity.
To capture those moments, the essence of the words of Santo and bhakto are presented below.
To call the opening on 19th March, grand, would be an understatement. Sant Bhagwant Param Pujya Sahebji was welcomed in the most fitting way, and the opening was a procession of floats prepared by satsangees of each Pradesh. Showcasing the mahima of God and Guru, amongst many other themes, it was an exercise which involved all bhakto in the preparation, and its presentation was testimony to the love and devotion that was poured into it.
Param Pujya Bhagavat Rushiji (Sola Vidyapeeth) : "Shastriji Mahãrãj and Yogiji Mahãrãj also created the quickest and easiest way to attain God; and to lead us on that path, they gave to us as Prashãd, our Sant Bhagwant Param Pujya Sahebji. This Mahãparva is not for us to give blessings, but solely for us to enjoy and gain blessings from the Divine, Amrut Prashãd, we have in the form of Sant Bhagwant Param Pujya Sahebji."
Sant Bhagwant Param Pujya Sahebji : “Today we glimpsed Yogiji Mahãrãj’s plans for the youths come to fruition; in the way the entire satsang community has come together and is performing their bhakti and sevã as one. That bhakti has been done, in exactly the way Yogi Bapa would have liked.”
